Petition for reconsideration allowed. Stepp v. SAIF, 302 Or. 148, 727 P.2d 125 (1986), was originally remanded for consideration in light of the former opinion in Smith v. SAIF
(Oct. 21, 1986), which has been superseded by 302 Or. 396, 730 P.2d 30 (Dec. 23, 1986). The decisions of the Workers’ Compensation Board and the Court of Appeals are affirmed.
